Refund policy

Better Than Nana's Baking does not offer refunds on orders.  If you have a problem with your order we will do everything we can to help you, however, we cannot be responsible for damage done to cookies once they are shipped.  We do use packaging materials to protect cookies from breakage and damage and label with fragile, however we ship through UPS and cannot control their handling procedures.
